The Association's Board of Directors is composed of 11 members. Eight of the members are founding disabled participants of Transitions and are full-time Transitions’ participants as well as trainers and outreach workers. The President of this Board is founding disabled member, Alexander R. Galvez. We also have a Board of Directors for the U.S. Based 501 c (c) organization, comprising Guatemalan and foreign members, who represent a variety of expertise and resources.
