Our primary objective is to provide life-skills
training for the physically disabled in Guatemala. |

Mobilization, health, rehabilitation, education,
leadership... |
- To provide rehabilitation, vocational
and educational training to disabled persons
through the services offered at Transitions'
independent living modules and training
centers.
- To offer outreach support and medical
product availability to disabled persons in
rural Guatemala.
- To operate 2 special education school
programs in rural communities for physically
and mentally disabled children and youth.
- To operate a small offset printing and
graphics design business enterprise, with
ongoing participant training and employment
opportunities with printing service
available to the public.
- To operate a small manufacturing
facility, for technologically appropriate
manual wheelchairs and other therapeutic
equipment, providing ongoing participant
training.
- To operate a prosthetic/orthotic
workshop with ongoing participant training
and services available to the public
